El OLT ISCOM 6860 presenta una soluci\u00f3n modular para despliegues de fibra al hogar “FTTH” de tama\u00f1o medio cumpliendo con los dos est\u00e1ndares PON que lideran el mercado (GPON y EPON).
\nEl equipo soporta placas de ambas tecnolog\u00edas, compartiendo un mismo backplane. Permite un spliteo t\u00edpico de 1:64\/1:128 con sus respectivas terminales ONU\/ONT. Utilizando la tecnolog\u00eda GPON puede llegar a soportar 14336 ONT.<\/p>\n
Un dato novedoso es que cumple con los est\u00e1ndares IEEE 802.3av (10G EPON) pudiendo instalarse puertos EPON con velocidades de 10Gbps.<\/p>\n
